This Stainless Steel cooling mesh is the same as in our Vander-Burn clone and upscale kits, and is similar to what Aerotech uses. This is to be placed in between the baffle ends to help further cool ejection gasses down and block hot particles from scorching the parachute.
Corrosion-resistant Stainless Steel should last a long time without needing cleaning. Roughly 50 grams each, enough for a 3” diameter baffle.
