Condition: Kit is not as shown in photo. Kit is new with sealed parts bags inside, but “open box”. Shrink wrap was half intact but falling off, so we removed it all. It was brand new. Box shows creasing and wear and has the UPC cut out (no parts can fall out because they are in sealed bags inside).
