Upgrade your Estes Goblin to the max with our high quality, durable laser-cut plywood components! Let your rocket take on bigger impulse engines, as the plywood components can handle much more strenuous forces than the stock balsa and cardboard components can.

Vander-Burn model rocketry components are made for experienced modelers who are comfortable modifying their own rockets beyond supplied instructions. As with any modifications from the original manufacturers’ design, you may need to add nose weight to re-balance the rocket, and any potential modifications should be completed in a simulation software or properly tested before building and launching.

Four (4) 1/8" thick Baltic Birch Plywood through-the-wall fins to fit Estes Goblin kit # 7237.

Two (2) 1/8" thick Baltic Birch Plywood BT50 to BT55 centering rings (fits the stock kit with 24 mm motor mount)

Printed tube slotting/fin guide

You will have to cut fin slots in the body tube and can use the supplied fin guide for marking the tube. The plywood centering rings should be glued at each end of the engine tube to allow fin clearance. Don't use the stock engine block or retainer clip when assembling. Friction fit the motor when launching.
