EVENT OVERVIEW AND DESCRIPTION: 

Launch Lab Rocketry is giving away an order refund up to $250! Participants can earn one entry for every order they place on launchlabrocketry.com on 7/3/23 and through midnight PT 7/4/23. 1 entrant will win the grand prize of a complete refund on their order, as defined below. 

PRIZE STRUCTURE:  

All participating entries will be randomized (with a verified randomizer at random.org) for the following prize (prize will be awarded to the top name on the list after being randomized 3 times):  

Grand Prize is an order refund up to $250 in the original form of payment made. Winner may opt for Site Credit in the amount of half their order value instead of the refund. Site Credit Prize issued as a one-time discount off one order on launchlabrocketry.com. Order refund will include domestic shipping charges paid, with a total possible order refund value of $250. International orders will have their subtotal refunded, but buyer will still pay order shipping charges. Orders made using AfterPay/ClearPay might not be able to be refunded, and therefore buyer will have to take the site credit prize instead.

PRIZE DISTRIBUTION METHOD: Winner will be notified via email and/or phone on 7/5/2023. Winner will have 48 hours to reply to original email/txt to confirm their prize. After 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen by randomizing the list 3 times again, following the same structure as the first drawing. The potential new winner will have 24 hours to reply to the email/txt to confirm their prize. This prize will only be drawn/redrawn twice. After that, if no winner has claimed the prize, Launch Lab will have fulfilled its obligation to issue the prize. All winners’ names may be used in promotional materials or “Winner Announcements” after the promotion has ended (First Name, Last Initial).  

TIE BREAKING POLICY: There is no possibility of tie when randomizing a list of entrants.
